Using the Tool
Select a Chakra: Click on any of the seven chakra cards to choose which energy center you want to work with
Adjust Volume: Use the volume slider to set a comfortable listening level (start low and gradually increase)
Play the Tone: Click the play button on your selected chakra to begin the sound frequency
Focus Your Attention: While listening, direct your awareness to the corresponding area of your body
Session Duration: Use for 5-15 minutes per chakra for optimal results
